Check doors D-Z. Look at labels, but if there aren't any just open them and peek inside. Stop when you find some sort of locker room or personnel area. Specifically search for radiation kit.
Nothing found in first hall, but in a break room in Hall E, there is a audio recording on a desk, but nothing else

Smash it. Keep searching.
You smash the recorder to bits.
It does so without sparking or any electronic failure, implying it hadn't worked anyway

You go further into the hall, opening into a large room with huge conveyor belts connecting to each other, though some belts are snapped

Am I still in Hall E? Follow the conveyor and find out what it conveys.

Still E
The conveyor goes further into the wall, where people weren't originally meant to go. It leads into a large furnace with large, menacing looking androids that were originally meant to be disposed of crying in their permanent suspension. Or cry to the best of a robot's abilities.

What?

Climb in there and drag a few android corpses out. Tear up the mechanical bits and take any valuable implants, motherboards or microchips and pocket them. Do any of them have cool robot tools or anything that I can salvage?

They are out of your reach
(It means robots that were heading to the incinerator when the place was abandoned are just suspended by claws from the ceilings and are now just...stuck there. They have emotions, but don't need food or water so they just live suspended....forever)

Right.

Why can't I reach the androids? Isn't the conveyor large enough to have the androids go through? And why are there hooks if there's a conveyor?

They are suspended above the conveyor. Like way above. The conveyor only disposes inanimate objects.

What sort of things are on the conveyor? What's at the end of the conveyor not leading to the incinerator?

Nothing is on the incinerator, and it just leads to an incinerator, but it doesn't burn anymore

Go back to the connecting hallway. Continue looking for a personnel sector, from F-Z.

You go in Sector G (F had nothing, sealed off) several personal offices line the walls, though the floor has you up to your knees in water, and mold covers the walls which are crumbling from water damage
