Gerard continues to knock on the front door

"Aren't you the one with a vendetta against heroes? Why do you care so much about the lives of heroes and what their going to do if you kill one? I personally have killed five hundred people, two hundred of which were heroes."

"Forethought. Something you seem to lack.

You see, it is easier to remain inconspicuous, and thus do what you need to do, if you don't have all sorts of heroes trying to kill you. As long as they follow their rules, they're predictable, and you can plan around them for the most part."

"... Heroes have rules where you come from? Look, heroes can do whatever they like so long as it stops a villain at some point. Villains already could do that so long as they do something stupid once in a while. Rules would make the comics to boring."

Gerard rifles through his backpack.

Gerard is in the office now.

Gerard looks surprised, then slowly closes the backpack, regaining his composure
"Hello"

The secretary throws a paper at him and goes back to reading her book.

It's a schedule like the others. However it is full of passive aggressive remarks pointed at Gerard.

In the City....
A strange, translucent green construct starts appearing in the outskirts of the city...

All of the teachers suddenly get a beeping from their watches. They immediately leave. The boards now say 'All classes cancelled until further notice.'

Gerard raises an eyebrow
"Where is this class?"
He points at whatever class is now

Izzy stands up.
"What? What's going on?"
