"Not... exactly.  All it does is store this energy in a more easily accessible form."

"I suppose I could, although it would require a means to reliably transform the energy in a combat scenario.  If I did the calculations right, the device will be quite fragile.  Is this about your secret project?"

"Uh, it is secret still. Plus I have no idea about the technical side of things. All that I know is that it's supposed to increase my abilities and work with a bunch of weapon systems. It's going to be so cool when it finally works!"
