((Yeah, this was the equivalent of an exposition session where I tell everyone what's going down and establish the BBEG as intimidating, with a goal in mind, etc. Exposition'll finish tomorrow and then I'll lay out some destinations to visit.))

The snowballs just sorta phase through the shadow-beings. Tobias switches to his shadowform, and they start doing the same with him as well.

Vix calls for a ceasefire so he has time to compensate the field for that many teammates. Its not going to keep up at that rate of fire.
He also splits the cryswarm into smaller entities so its closer to an even matchup of groups.
