"No not really, only two of the deities have any regulations, Celtegar's seems to match our morals and Merrinae just protects neutral nations. Neither of them have any real worship, I suppose the closest thing we have would be the Para-Governmental Association of Celtegar which is more of a charity/aid agency/research institution/military organization."
