Please prepare a list of of three groups of four people each to stand guard for the night. You might use Renault and Ram as well. Iva, Sepin cannot be choosen and Charles will be up anyways. Each PC/Ally can be only in one group.

First Watch:

My suggestion would be!

grif, fezz, miguel, and cyra
efa, candy, julius, and ram
leo, alec, sheila, and ciera

Keeps supports together, no mounts if we're attacked so that doesn't come into play, and somewhat distributes magic and performances as best we can.
