The coffee is just regular coffee seeing as Cyrielle is not here and happens to be an expensive brew. Seems that Arthur put this coffee on his tab.

 "Lizzie, please read the next paragraph for us." Alucard says. Lizzie slowly nods and looks down at her book. She reads very slowly and seems to have trouble pronouncing many words.

 "...uhm... the very ess...ence of the void, com-bined with the ess...ence of creat-shun, forms a dem...onic entity which mani... mani... manifests..?" she reads with much trouble.
