Basically, the note says that she should consider joining the order, that her connection to the angels on high would be valuable, and other probably meaningless perks of the job. Also, the note references the perks are utter bullshit and most people join because of the killing. go figure.

The note seems to be signed by Arthur Dramon. The note also says the guy delivering the note may hassel you. Don't hold it against him, he had child issues. Huh.

Basically saying that while she is impressed at them managing to find her, the angels are in fact rather displeased about them disrupting the status quo. Furthermore, she sees no difference between herself and the magic users the Order targets. And she has no love of killing.
