Pieces of the wall crumble down as Alucard takes the heavy blow, leaving an Alucard-shaped hole imprinted into the stone wall. His lenses flicker off to a dull grey, signifying his unconsciousness and utter defeat.

 "What a blow!" Bartimaeus ecstatically says as the rapier shapeshifts into a raven and flies over to Alucard's blank lenses.
 "Knocked him out cold!" raven!Bartimaeus says after examining Alucard for a bit. He flies back to Merrick and perches onto his shoulder. "You managed to beat him, with my help of course."
