Yomiko begins altering hit probability on everyone. Lots of people get mad. Yomiko also makes her hit percentage fall as well as Wills. Yomiko then proceeds to play sniper.

"I have control over my powers, it's not cheating, and Yomiko is gaming the RNG. Which is, incidentally, cheating, same way that hacking the game to game the RNG is. No rule against having really good intuition."
