Possibly... in that case, that person must have had some capability of bypassing the anti-supernatural countermeasures and had known her position. Upon intrusion, they'd then be able to know her movements and continue targeting her...
She had been considering it, but not throwing herself off the balcony or anything, that would be painful and traumatic... so... this unknown party was opportunistically influencing her? But the curtains were down and the fields were in place... they shouldn't have been able to target her...
