It's weird void shit. I don't know specifically on a deeper understanding of how it would work. But technically, she's not even supposed to exist due to the void not really reviving people like her. She's one of the very very few exceptions, and so if she decides to just think herself as not existing, she won't. She would have never interacted with anyone of the group and they would not remember a thing about her. And all of the stuff that happened because of Ashley, of course, wouldn't have happened.

Nonono, you're think about the wrong revival. I'm talking about Ashley's backstory. She would exist for all of the moments she was human, after she fell into a void portal, she was revived by Void. This is what originally made her a voidwalker.
