Well, she's a programmer, not a hacker, so no. But Annie and Wheatley could just access copies of their programs on other computers to get required information and use that to boost their marks to such a standard where they could get scholarships. Hell, if Cyrielle sent her programs to them in her scholarship application first, they could just access the university's computer systems via those and add themselves.
