You are a band of adventurers, ranging from noble paladins to lowly thugs, from the savage and powerful Orcs to the frail and cultured Dawn Elves. You fight for the thrill, for the money, to spread a religion, or simply to see new places. You've been tasked with assembling a group of four adventurers and delving dungeons in search of the mystical and powerful Titan Artifacts. You've made your base in the small fishing town of Mazelk, in the Elvish Lands. You learned of several dungeons, each rumored to contain a different Artifact.
Human Paladin Gilthenel
Hailing from the grand Holy City of Orneg, Gilthinel is a missionary from the Church of Orneg, deity of healing and righteous war. He learns spells to smite evil beings and to heal his allies, as well as being a formidable warrior, strengthened by his devotion to Orneg. He often tries to take charge, and often fights with reckless abandon when faced with undead or demonic enemies. Currently knows the spells Lesser Smite Evil, Basic Turn Undead, Cure Minor Wounds, and Shield.
Dawn Elf Aeromancer Zalik
A native of Mazelk, she was recruited after having been seen displaying powerful magic. She learns spells that use air-based attacks and a few weak healing spells, though she isn't a good warrior. Zalik usually tries to reason before fighting, though will kill if necessary. Currently knows the spells Air Blast, Wind Wall, Blink, Minor Levitation, Air Slam, and Bind.
Kobold Scout Stilvechnik
A member of one of the few Kobold settlements, Stilvechnik excels at attacking monsters unaware, finding and disarming traps, and setting traps himself. He doesn't have any skill with the arcane arts, though he is versed in using magic items he couldn't normally. He often uses daggers and shortswords. He typically avoids straight combat, preferring to get an edge in any way he can. He can set and disarm various traps in lieu of spells.
Orcish Berserker Krusk
Hot tempered and about as reliable as a shack of dirt against a siege, Krusk harnesses pure rage and unleashes it on whatever unfortunate enemies may fall into his path. Because of this, he never bothered to learn any form of magic, preferring to just rage and kill instead. His signature weapon is a greataxe, though he will use other weapons. He runs in head long in the heat of rage and begins slashing the instant he can get within range.
Dusk Elf Necromancer Vorlan
An unholy caster, Vorlan takes delight in raising hordes of undead minions to flay his enemies. He can raise the dead, assault souls, and manipulate the life force of creatures, as well as take command of other undead. He's quite limited in weaponry, using quarterstaves and daggers. Usually, he's at the back of the fight, manipulating his minions. Currently, he knows Lesser Raise Undead, Minor Raise Undead, Awe Undead, Drain Touch, and Life Transfer.
Human Druid Markus
A veritable priest of nature, Markus fights fiercely and is aided by his animal companions. He controls animals and plants, and can use plant-based attack spells. Also, all animals are at peace with the druid and won't attack him or his party unless they attack first. He uses staves enchanted with druidic powers. Markus is often at the front of the party, fighting his foes with poisons and spiked vines. Currently, he knows Minor Root, Thorn Ball, Lash, Empower Animal, Empower, and Barkskin. He starts with a wolf, viper, or hawk companion.
Dusk Elf Elementalist Amer
Having long studied the arcane, Amer wields devastating powers derived from the four elements. He uses these in his spells, creating devastating strikes of fire, earth, air, and water. He cannot wield any weapons but quaterstaves. He typically stays at the back, casting spells from afar. Currently, he knows Fireball, Air Slam, Water Bolt, Rock Toss, Exchange, Blood Pact
Dwarf Warrior Eselda
Eselda heralds from the Dwarvern halls, and has long since adapted to living underground. She fights using a large warhammer, and knows some basic spells that most dwarves are familiar with. She likes to stay on the front line, hacking through foes while supporting her allies with powerful magic. Currently, she knows Stoneform, Dig, Rock Toss
Dwarf Priest Jorva
Jorva worships the Dwarvern God, Cyyril, lord of stone and metal. Jorva typically stands farther back and providing boons to his allies, though he's skilled enough with armor and weapons to fight if he has to. He uses a mace in battle, and he's familiar with a few offensive spells most dwarves know. Currently, he knows Stoneform, Dig, Rock Toss, Cure Light Wounds, Cure Minor Wounds, and Bless.
