Fuck that guy. Throw that needle at him like the poker of an angry god.
Supporting this. Though I have to say Objective, attack him with what? We don't exactly have anything aerodynamic to throw at him aside from the needle I think.
I believe that we should attempt to throw the needle at him.
Let's... THROW UP! Or just +1

This. Better be a javelin god with that aim, or we are royally fucked. While you are throwing said pointy-thing, yell "Not so fast fuckwad!"

If we succeed in downing this loser, prepare for "enhanced interrogation". Make him spill all of it. We'll beat the exposition out of him if we have to, dammit. Also, show him how friendly Shekershall are. HE WILL HUG SLUDGE OR HE WILL DIE.

If we fail... well, flip him off and prepare to grind. Because we are certainly raising an army for when this "Azure Legion" comes forward.

See. Option 1 was the best option. Should have never considered other options.

As of this moment I'm also proposing we kill on sight anything not Shekershall. Attempting to "communicate" with even the intelligent beings has only brought misfortune. Plus, we can level up and build up that world conquering army."

i'm sure that will greatly boost how we are viewed by anyone who isn't our enemy, right

Well, he IS our enemy.
I mean we probably won't attack him if he wasn't an Azure Legion.

No, I'm talking about mister "Kill all non-Shekershall on sight" here.

Normally, I'd let cooler heads prevail, but cooler heads is getting us nowhere. Ironically, diplomacy only really worked with the one creature that looked like your "typical enemy" at first.'

Alright, maybe not kill on sight, but certainly ambush on sight. We should start making demands instead of asking politely at this point, and only relent when whatever we encounter is proven harmless.

As badass as it sounds, throwing the needle may not be the best idea ever. Keep it around with the other weapons.
This bastard will be pinned to the ground sooner or later.

But rather later because we need to unlock our subconsciousness of plot exposition sooner rather than later.

Can we throw Sludge Jr. and have him sharpen into something? Even if we can't hit this idiot directly, we could possibly burst his bubble, assuming that Jr. makes himself sufficiently aerodynamic and sharp.

No, let him run. We know the face of our enemy now. What comes next is preparation. And we have a powerful tool now, that can be used at our most dire moment.

For now, we need to train. Let's look for somewhere to gather resources, and potentially train out combat skills.

I think it's best not to throw anything at him. Best case we miss and lock like an idiot. Worst case, we hit him, and the nhe comes back and attacks. We don't know how combat capable he is, but if he used to have personalised armour, he was probably pretty powerful. He might be weaker now, but it might not be best to test this.

He's unarmed. He has weak armor. He is outnumbered. And he's floating away on a MONARCH BUTTERFLY BALLOON. Finally, if we don't handle him now, we need to handle him along with the Azure Circlejerk Squad later. What we may lack in skill we can certainly make up for in zerg rushing. THROW SOMETHING.

I'd just rather not lose the needle. I think we should gather everyone, make some more critters, and explore.

And meanwhile, I'll be over here developing ideas for creatures. The Sheksrall Brood will grow!

Also, I want to find our big guys in charge. It'd be nice to have someone we can call on for backup.
