Realistically, who even measures--okay, actually I don't think I want this question answered.

Farah does come from a place where reality is malleable and influenced by people's minds. She's not recommending guns on the reason they can kill everything, she's recommending them on the fact that the imagery around guns is strongly lethal and thus people naturally think it's lethal.
