How about Kinetic Gradient Manipulation? Basically like time control except only in relation to movement. Sure she can't do stuff like reverse time, but she'll be able to repeatedly rewind a bullet so that it jackhammers into someone's head, skull-fucking them to death.

How about Matter State Manipulation? Making air act like a solid, cement like a gas and water like a superfluid amongst other things?
