How about Kinetic Gradient Manipulation? Basically like time control except only in relation to movement. Sure she can't do stuff like reverse time, but she'll be able to repeatedly rewind a bullet so that it jackhammers into someone's head, skull-fucking them to death.

Abilities are quite easy to think up of. Especially here since no justification for their origin is required. I had quite a few spell ideas for an RPG I ran here that died in less than a week, so I still have a several ideas. Such as something that physically manifests the closeness of two people as an infinitely fine, strong string between them. Basically it uses the power of love as a garroting wire. And allows the user to summon someone's love for their partner and proceed to strangle them to death using it.
