About how many troops should I have? Right now my growth is at 12 million, my GDP is 150 my manpower is untapped and I have 11k troops.

20k would probably be all right.

EDIT: Since the Bloc forum is unusable, I checked to see if I got any PM's from my gmail inbox. The AU told me that both the Comintern and Che Guevara League are showing up, so that's a relief. It's good there aren't any major capitalist alliances, or things would be a tad tense.

Woohoo! I get to keep that other 10k so I won't end up having a huge war on my hands! Anyway, like I had said, just keep the money and the troops, and use them to keep yourself defended/attack easy targets and raise your GDP, as well as keep your QoL, stability, approval and reputation high. Apparently low rep will alienate you from being able to join factions, much to my chagrin.

$700 million and investing all my money into my military. I'm trying to attack someone with more GDP every 12 hours and grow more than 25% every 12 hours. But the easy targets are drying up. Might have to start some straight up wars soon.

I'm having the same problem, once you get to 700 GDP your targets dry up, ESPECIALLY in Africa since literally everyone and their mother is apart of the African Union.

I went through ten pages of countries in Asia, starting at 100% of my GDP, and found only ONE target that was not Ghandi-like and also not in a large alliance.

He had 50k troops and double-digit growth, to my 12k army, so I gave him a pass.

I don't think we can do that until we have at least all around Korean War tech, and at least a few nations with chemical weapons.

They have multiple nations with large GDP's, great technology, and the most nation with chemical weapons.

What do you think?

Right now we're just going to play the diplomacy game, and if any conflict pops up then we'll deal with it how we see fit.
