Ha-ha, there is no 100% completion as long as I'm the GM everything is under my influence. I can add as many challenges as I want. Also mind powers would not make sense seeing as A.I.s don't have a brain, of course I'm not one for making sense, so yes to the mind powers. Thus sayeth your omnipotent god GM.
