I actually really like the term 'cissexual' and related terms, because I feel it makes 'transexual' less of an alternative from what is normal, and more of an option that is also normal.

For polysyllabic insults you need a very good short syllable headed with a sibilant, fricative or plosive consonant, with an intermediary aspirant sound like 'k', 'kr', 't' or 'x' e.t.c. ending in a hard consonant for combos or a vowel/diphthong to end.
When you also string it together with these 'p' 's' and 'sh' sounds, you get the ability to begin spitting it out like someone with a lisp who's been stung on the tongue by a bumblebee and is dying from anaphylactic shock, cursing the world with their last, insulting breath.

I understand neuroscience is complicated stuff we don't know that much about as yet, but why, in cases where your sex is unambiguous, undergo a sex change if you're mind is still very much that of your prior sex? How does this factor in for those who are atheists, and on that note, what are the religious affiliations statistics as a whole? That's kind of the debated thing, is it natural or a choice? And of course, some of the worst folks on tumblr go very far in abusing the notion that it's not a choice (see but do not further discuss: Otherkin.)

More importantly, why does it matter whether it's one or the other? As far as I'm concerned, it's a physical disorder, sure, in that they've got the wrong stuff downstairs. But I think that's not quite what's being got at.
