That's strange, because Redguard aren't from Tamriell either, and last I checked they dragonborn just fine

Furthermore, things cannot exist in the world that are not connected to Aedra. Like literally. Everything on Nirn is made out of Aedra.

You promptly head down the right hallway and try each door.  The two on the right are locked, but the first one on the left is an empty barracks room and the next one is some sort of office.  The soldiers and prisoners are fighting behind in the corridor behind you, or rather, the soldiers are killing the prisoners.

Just a note: Jubba does not know voice magic, can't read Dov, and can't absorb dragon souls, so shouting isn't going to happen without a lot of training with the Greybeards.
