Nah, I'm just being lazy as shit. Might update tonight, might not. Working all next week except for Wednesday though, fair warning.

No worries, Wednesday is (usually) my only day off as well :p

Seriously though, did you have a good turkey day?

As was par for the course for November 2013, it was 1 step forward, 2 steps back. Things burned, food was cold, set-up was a royal pain. But I saw my grandma, so that was nice.

Yeesh. If it makes you feel any better, my Thanksgiving was spent in a truck stop eating fast food while recovering from a cold :v

I'd make you feel better by updating, but we did family board-game night where first I got murdered and had my empire ripped from under my feet, and then I left everyone but my youngest brother to die after stripping an ancient mayan building of all its precious valuables.

This Adventurers game sounds interesting.

What's the difference between Castle Risk and normal Risk?

What's the difference between Castle Risk and normal Risk?

Thee are many, but the three main differences are:

1. Different map
2. You have a castle to defend, and attackers are at a disadvantage when they attack it
3. You receive units at the end of your turn, rather than the beginning.

As a whole, I think it is better designed than classic risk.

Yep. It also has cards that give advantages beyond extra units, like adding 1 to Attacking dies, same for defense, looking at an opponents hand, stop fighting between yourself and someone else for a turn, or move troops across the ocean. It's great fun.

Also, Crimson's move is invalid. Oscar is already there.

It's 8:50 here now. In the interest of getting things done whilst I'm motivated, if Crimson does not post by 10 my time, you can.
