Export stone trinkets from world renown craftsmen (that only started their careers two seasons ago). Import exotic and dangerous animals only to cage and tie them up outside our embassies as well as all the wood, ore, and flux that can be hauled in. All spare economic output per goods exchange is spent on ready made metal ingots as well as gemstones to stockpile just to flaunt at any possible thieves.

No actual leader. We are a communistic community that allows the occasional madman to self-declare themselves in some leader's position, and merely humor their wishes as we feel like doing just to keep up appearances. The next greatest expenditure is on geological and mining expeditions to dig through the Earth's mantle, mainly just because it's there and we can.
