Bought it from steam, downloading. How goes heisting?

Also, are there any big heists? I'd like something like 1st world national again!

Add "hunterswd" if you want a dwarven heist companion.

Yea, there are 'multi-day' Heist which you need to do all to get the PAYDAY.
Also you get more money, which is good

Ouch... I had a group try the Framed mission today. Supposedly it only had 1 difficulty star, but the cop response in the last mission seemed way more intense than that. It's apparently designed for stealth players, so our Ghost-less team had a real tough time. (We actually got 2 of the 5 gadgets in the last mission... and then someone stood too close to a camera.  :( ) Still wanting to try Firestarter soon.

The pro jobs have been interesting, though I'm not sure I'm a huge fan. For the uninitiated: they're rare variations on other heists with slightly different objectives/rewards (like stealing a diamond tiara from the jewelry heist, or hauling gold bars out of the bank), with the added limitation that the contract is automatically terminated if you fail it. I have yet to see pro jobs for anything but the Bank Heist and the Jewelry Store, but I'm hoping more will be unlocked with levels.

not that it matters in the least, but the voice acting is the flattest I have ever heard. It's like they hired the radio voice from Arma. It doesn't affect anything, it's just like your connection guy is on thorazine or something, no emotion in his voice ever.

I hear you, but don't think the VA is atrocious, it's just not very good. Which is surprising given the quality of the sound engineering elsewhere.

I joined the group a while ago, entered the chat room, I was hoping people might organize some groups inside the chatroom so we can have some really good groups going. I enjoy using Mastermind so I'm happy to host missions and spending money to get the assets to make heists much easier for everyone.

Yep. It's bound to a ridiculous push-to-talk key by default (`) and the default volume is a little quiet, but you can change that.

Also, yes, it's worth the money. Especially since, if you don't care about the added bonuses, it's only $30 for the basic edition.

What do people bind their push to talks to usually? ` is working for me for now but it's awkward as hell.

Going with a ghost build to start, emphasis on the looting skill to add value to anything I grab. Ill be the bagman. It adds a LOT of money if you let a dedicated ghost pack everything.
