"We must have been moving faster than I thought to get this far... Bowser definitely makes fast airships...

And I would feel a lot better if we help these citizens against an imminent threat instead of leaving them to fend for themselves. Not to mention we would be better prepared for a journey north."

"Ay! I agree! We need to at least make sure they have a way to defend themselves, you know we can't keep on the villages during the other attacks, because I am sure the Bowser minions won't give up so easily!""

Inezach's brow furrows slightly as he considers the available options.

"Well, looking at the map... Honeydew Farm uses this town as a chokepoint, so we likely don't need to worry about being blindsided if we go there, and the town is close by if we need to retreat. I think we should start there, and capture the Power Flower supplies that Leaf E. here was talking about, to prepare for the longer trek to the mansion." Inezach turns to Grump E. "Anything else you can tell us about the farm? Hazardous terrain or hiding spots, or anything like that?"

: "Hmm... well, it's really easy to hide under or in the trees. There aren't item blocks in the farm - instead, there's patches of Honey Mushrooms and Fire Flowers you can search through for a quick boost. Be careful, though: Fuzzies aren't very strong, but they get better at attacking when they surround you, so don't let them do that! They can also drain your health. It shouldn't be much of a concern, though~"

"L-l-lets go guys!" Boothany states, hovering off in the completely opposite way from the Honeydew farm.

She had a horrible sense of direction, as mentioned. Or perhaps she's just running away subconsciously.

"Uh, Beth? It's this way." Inezach leads the group to Honeydew Farm. "Everyone, keep your eyes open, and stay just a little spread out."

Leaf E. points Inezach and the rest of the group south to a fortified wooden gate. Once there, the gate's guards nod and open it up, allowing them to pass onto a long, bridge-like land mass over the water. By now, the morning sun is rising high into the sky, and large groups of Goonies pass over the group far above, cawwing and flying in a V formation. Their cawws are drowned out by the rushing of water far below onto the rock cliff base currently holding up Pink Petal Village.

After an eight- or nine-minute hike across the natural bridge formation, the group comes to another series of wooden gates. However, these ones are unguarded. In fact, there doesn't seem to a be a single Crazee Dayzee out here. They slowly work their way through, avoiding splinters as they push each old log to the side. As the group approaches the farm, they see branches covered in pink petals blowing in the wind, casting shadows on the still-tilled fields below.

For a moment, all seems calm. However, Vilhelmas notices, from the back of the group, that one of the trees is rustling quite a bit more than the others. Before he even has a chance to speak, a black, fuzzy creature with crazy eyes drops out of the tree.



: "Whoa. Wuhoh. Meork! I said MEEEORK, guys! We got ourselves a problem!"

The fuzzy critter looks at the group - at least with one eye.

: "Who are you? Huh hm huh? Whaddaya want? This place is ours now. All ours. You can't have it. Nope nuh-uh sorry."

Ochita slowly reached into her pack, and slowly withdrew the book of various law stuffs.

: While we're not in the mushroom kingdom... I suppose this book is pretty worthless." And as such, Ochita quickly stuffed it back unto her inventory.

: "However, you have been troubling the inhabitants of the village, and as such you are evicted!"

Teressa whispered over her shoulder to the others, upon hearing their conversation,

"I know, they probably are not going to give in without a fight. Be ready when they come, watch for any hiding in the trees."

Turning back to face the googly eyed creature, she collected herself and took a deep breath before speaking out strongly in her best guard voice.

"You are trespassing on the property of the nearby village illegally, not to mention violently harassing the innocent villages, and as such we are here to escort you and all your accomplices off these owned lands immediately. We wish do to so peacefully, but are willing to use force if necessary.

Surrender yourselves now, and no one will be hurt!"

Inezach rolls his eyes at all of the legal-speak.
"The fuzzies are essentially raiders, guys. I think you might be wasting your time with the... the legalese." Inezach moves north 5 spaces and begins harvesting power flowers from the flower patch. "As for these, I wonder if the fuzzies are willing to remain hiding in burning trees?" (bluff)
