Governemental system: Socialist Democracy
Location and size: Aleutian Islands, and the eastern parts of Alaska.
Population: ~700.000
Description of the land: Largely managed to get out unscathed from the bombs. However, it is damn cold. Long fur coats are common as temperatures can dip incredibly low. The population is spread out over a large area, and is very loosely packed. Vegetation is common, but withered. Snow coats the land all times of year.

Economy:
   -Primary imports: Grain, Beef, Steel, Aluminium.
   -Primary exports: Oil, plastic.
   -Most important products: Oil drives forward the economy immensely, as most goods are plastic.
   -Natural resources: Oil, Lumber, Furs, Titanium.
   -Distribution of:
Agriculture: 7%
Commerce: 12%
Primary Industry: 40%
Secondary/Tertiary industry: 41%

People:
    -General voter: ( Not sure what this means. I'm assuming it means average voter.) 20-40, middle class.
    -Life expectancy: ~60 years.
    -Average age= 27
    -Education: High school.
    -HDI: 40%

Science and technology:
    -Primary focus: Alaska's primary focus is on heavy industry and energy. Oil will not last forever, and they need alternate power. Current research is going into enhanced solar power and cold resistant wind turbines.
    -Major accomplishments: Developing methods of keeping cars moving in temps of -150 Celsius, fantastic ice breaking methods for ships, and general heating methods.
    -Spaceprogram Y: Alaska's space program is a fledgling, only having launched two rockets that got nowhere. Funding is small at the moment.

Army:
    -Size: 25.000 Enlisted Army personnel, 15.000 enlisted paramilitary police forces, 10.000 Naval and 2000 Air Force.
    -Primary focus: The primary focus of the military is the navy, being based out of the Aleutions. Powerful Subs and Cruisers patrol the waters.
    -Technology: The technology of the military is not very advanced, but it gets the job done. A 5.56 chambered assault rifle called the " Wolverine" Fulfills the main weapon need, while a wide variety of pistols fills all other small arms needs. 37mm, 60mm and 80mm Anti-Tank guns towed by trucks are often employed, 105 and 120 milimeter heavy artillery fills the fire support role. Tanks and AFVs are light and speedy, to suit the terrain. Aircraft are fighter jets and close air support jets, the navy is the most advanced by far having modernised nuclear subs, heavy cruisers and destroyers armed with powerful guns and torpedoes.

I think it's fine, provided it doesn't conflict with anyone's land claims. Which, if I remember the USA's geography, shouldn't be the case. Also, the USA is rather popular.

Population: around about 6 million.
Description of the land: mainly arable plains, along with some hills and bogland.

   -Primary imports: Fuel, Equipment and vehicles, machinery.
   -Primary exports: Wood & wood products, food
   -Most important products: unsure what you mean by this.
   -Natural resources: Peat, wood & forests, arable land.
   -Distribution of: Agriculture, Commerce, Primary Industry(mines,..), Secondary/Tertiary industry (Factories...)
          - A large amount of the population work in agriculture, fishing and the wood industry, but there is a lack of workers in the other secondary industry sectors.

    -General voter: yes?

    -Education: fairly high

    -Technology: mid-to-high (in transition), high in the case of the air force.
