Backstory: Friedrich Richter has a long History with the Foundation. His Career began at [REDACTED] Maximum Security Prison on an Island near the Coast of [REDACTED]. He also worked at the [REDACTED] Prison in North Korea. His Skills as Interrogation Specialist brought him to the Foundation first. Since then he has proved himself invaluable as Internal Security Specialist, preventing and surviving the escape of SCP [DATA EXPUNGED], [REDACTED],[DATA LOST] and [DATA EXPUNGED]. He has since been transferred to several Sites with High SCP-Breach Quotas and successfully reduced Security Breaches in each and every Site he was transferred to.

Being lucky isn't really a skill. Besides, it wouldn't make much sense for him to get luckier as he does lucky things.

Also, startin' up! For now, there's not much to do for Agents and Researchers. It's up to the Administrators to build the facilities.

By they way, we need more researchers. Too many Agents!

First thing we need is a place of work. Basic offices and living facilities being the minimum.
We should also build a basic compound seperate from work/living compounds that can be used to house and do research on low risk SCP's.
I'm thinking a separate facility could be tunneled into the mountain for more sensitive research and containment.
We will need armed security forces and basic security access, digital keycard passcode locks, electric fences and camera/audio surveillance of all facilities including offices and employee living quarters.

Oh, where should we keep the class d's? or should we have seperate facilities for them. Personally i don't want them housed close enough to the scp's that they could cause trouble. Convicts destined for death arn't exactly trustworthy.

I'd prefer not to.
Maybe buy a bunch of standardized test animals like lab rats, Capuchin monkeys, and octopi, but not pets per se.
