For those that were there, you know what I'm talking about.

I was traitor Geneticist and I originally was just gonna get me some superpowers and destroy everyone... but I decided to have some fun and 'snatch' a body and become a pseudo changeling. I got Alina over and I got her buffer and my buffer(Explaining later) and when I got her cloning data, I lied about a super power, got a monkey buffer and got her to inject herself and she turned into a monkey. I then injected myself with her UI and UE and I effectively snatched her body. Monkey Alina then ran off to get toxin medicine as she's too wimpy after having her DNA fucked with. I then tell everyone over the radio that 'Vladmir turned himself into a monkey, pay it no attention' and no one questions a thing.

I make my way to the armory E-Maging the HoS doors and it turns out Monkey Alina was watching me the entire time. I would have killed her there if she hadn't run off. Anyway I head back to genetics, contemplate turning myself back to Vladmir, but I am interupted by our Roboticist making Medibot Doppelgangers(And one Vlad-Floorobot) and I decide to check it out... and I get asked if I speak monkey. Shit. Oh and Axl comes.

A wrench has been thrown into my plans indeed. I unknowingly give them the Universal Translator from 'my' room and it all goes to hell. I used the story 'Experiment to see the effects of monkeying on people' and I add that it could make him insane. Alina of course ran from me as she was dying of Poison. I get Axl to get me some access to medbay and I ditch My PDA in the patient locker. I get some anti toxins and lo and behold Alina is afraid to get anti-toxins.

Axl then comes when I am chasing 'Vladmir' around and as I injected My UE into her, Vladmir Dimitri was her name. I try to get Axl to help and I act terribly so I end up getting Axl to not trust me. Oh and Alina communicates through the transcripts. I end up getting found out over the course of a fake breakup and trying to convince the Roboticist. Axl arrests me, straps me to a chair at a DNA scanner and I eventually reveal myself and explain my reasons in front of the newly human Alina. I tried to hold my facade as long as possible, but it seems I couldn't get anyone to believe me as they asked the 'Only Alina would know' questions.

Also a talking tool-belt.

I revealed I worked for Donk. Co and Axl pulled out a revolver revealed herself as part of the M113 and kills a monkey as a demonstration. They leave and I assume Benny Hills happens while I unbuckle and uncuff myself and find a working Vladmir DNA... then fuck it up and find the other injector I left for myself is Alina's. Also I go bald. After making my wounded way back to the dorms I pick up a pink jumpsuit and Gloves.

I get stunned at medbay and get beat. I do the clever *gasp *gasp *deathgasp trick and they stupidly don't examine my corpse. I get approached my an HoS hat asking for me to put it on. I do so and we have a pleasant conversation as I make my way to the dorms. My disguise consisted of a balaclava and a labcoat with my original outfit. I tell the hat that if they ask, I am its mime. I get a radio and bam first contact.

I find them at robotics and wave. Commence the emoting while my hat talks for me. I then whisper to Axl that 'Its me' and I then meet them in Research when Axl has them all down. Jonathan dies and I soon get pummeled by Alina with lasers. Commence the fucking brutal body deformation that Alina causes. I get taken to genetics, get monkeyed, get humaned, die and commence world building and two person RP.

It ends pretty boringly with John and Vladlina being taken to the shuttle and Kert showing up(Invisible) I also ask in deadcaht to make Ghosts visible.

Yeah, it's getting rather annoying how people keep gushing about THEIR OWN characters. I can understand when it's appreciating others, but 'GUISE MY CHAR IS AWESOME' is kinda... sad? Masturbatory? You name it.

The regulars are very cliquish and will go on and on about their characters and ignore what non-regulars do and say. They will also gang up on you if one is accused of something and you don't have very solid proof.

Eh, only a small group of them really are. I'd say ten at most, but if they're being stupid/giving anyone bullshit for no reason you can expect most if not all of the admins to deal with it. Quite a few of the admins (At least me, and what I've heard from other admins when I'm around) DO NOT enjoy cliques. If a group of people are talking about how much they love each others characters, expect me to tell them how fucking stupid they sound. The latter I haven't seen happen often, but as stated I'd personally tell the people ganging up to knock that shit off.

I'm serious, I fucking HATE cliques. So god damn much, I've talked in admin chat multiple times about how much I hate them, and how we can't encourage them. I also hate any and all glorification of characters/players, including admins. I don't care how much you like a certain admin/player/character, most characters in this game aren't fleshed out and are simple one-dimensional personalities. You literally just pick a random personality quirk (Russian, alcoholic, crazy person, nice person, etcetera) and play that way, it's no big deal.

My admin style is one I try to impart on each admin, and every trial mod/admin. Don't fuck around, treat players neutrally regardless of what they've done, don't try forming a stupid cult of personality around yourself, and only act like a dick to bad players periodically so people can't assume you're a dick ALL of the time.

This. And despite the fact that I play Lillian and Zackary, you will notice that I haven't played them in awhile, sticking mostly to observing rounds lately. And when I do play Lillian, I play her against pre-established hype now. Usually as a doctor who is very quiet and mousy, and somewhat afraid of combat.

Yeah, I noticed there isn't as much Lillian as there was before, and when Hans does play Lillian it is down toned. I actually enjoyed old Lillian, and this isn't biased since Lillian did get the crew to lynch me once, but that spices up rounds.
