No, Belgium caused WWII by signing an agreement with the French then screwing the French over in 1936 by turning their backs on the French out of the idiotic belief that they would be neutral in the next war.  Belgian was relying on France to protect their sorry assess but banned French troops from the country and took away the French ability to actually enforce the Locarno treaty.  Without Belgian freeloading the French dont have their hands tied in the Rheinland crisis.

When I visited the Mall of America a few weeks ago, some artisan-crafted winter hats from Peru at the store "Alpaca Connection" had swastikas on them. I wish I'd taken a picture.

My grandparents had an old plate with a Nazi German swastika on its bottom. From what I remember, they claimed it was a relic from the times of the German occupation.
