Even BBC refuses to label this as an invasion.

If it is an invasion, it is a piss poor one. Its more likely a rebel assault with more Russian support than normal.

If that is not an invasion I want to know what is

This is not a simple invasion, it is a stealth invasion! New Russian stealth technology allows Russian troops to avoid international media attention at the cost of increased time for invasion due to the need of muddling the border and crossing the invasion line at the speed of snail.

What boggles my mind is that it works.

This is not an invasion and Russian soldiers do not take part in fights, so what is causing deaths and injuries of Russian soldiers? Aliens, poisoned Polish apples, unhealthy burgers from McDonalds, or words of concern from western leaders?

Committee of Soldiers' Mothers of Russia says that they have a list of ~400 Russian soldiers killed or wounded  in Ukraine... But who cares?

old news man, old news.

Also Ukrainian bullets are causing this obviously, but if we never admit that then it's like nothing is happening! :D

Actually it's mainly because shit is really. Really. REALLY flammable. That was actually the main problem in early reactors - fire, not radiation.

Is it really? What is the flammable agent?

I imagine the graphite which is used to slow neutrons is quite flammable.

Uranium itself is flammable (and so is Plutonium). Uranium on its own does not readily ignite unless you cut it up thinly, increasing the contact area, but in elevated temperatures it formes hydrides which may ignite on contact with air. Plutonium is particularly dangerous if exposed to moisture for the same reason.

EDIT: meanwhile it has been almost six hours since the supposed start of Russian invasion and I've not seen a single photo of Russian occupants in Novoazov, only words about them...

After digging through Ukrainian Twitter posts, I found this:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Patriotic-minded Ukrainians on Twitter claim that these are the photos of Russian forces in Ukraine. The label in the upper right corner belongs to the Polish television channel TVN24. I couldn't find that video on both the channel's website and YouTube. Google Image Search brings up only reposts of these pictures on Twitter.

It's not clear where, when and under what circumstances these pictures were actually taken. It's also interesting that the size of the images is different, even though they are allegedly snapshots from a single TV broadcast, and that the logo on each picture is of the exact same size. Maybe it's shitty image editing, maybe it's Photoshop, maybe Twitter screwed with the images, I have no idea what it is.

Well those last two are clearly of the same thing, but not at exactly the same time (guy on the right of the picture facing a different direction).
