I have been consistently impressed by the Greens when I've seen them giving speeches and the like. They don't tend to have much electoral success at the moment because everything is overtaken by the independence debate, every election now is a two-horse race. That said they are becoming very, very useful when it comes to campaigning for independence. They are a very valuable asset to the Yes Campaign. I'm sure you chaps here would agree with them on most things, I've got a number of their best speeches to hand as well if you'd like to see any.

Well I'm meant to support them at least, they are a member of the Global Greens.
Having actually joined the Australian Greens myself, there is some obligation to give support to international allies, or something of that nature.

I think by that point I'd just be able to look back on 2014 and be happy that we won. If the infoanarchists are taking over the government so be it.

I feel compelled to show you gentlemen my favourite personality to come out of this debate. His name is Alan Grogan, leader of the "Labour for Independence" campaign that combines old school Labour policies (like opposition to nuclear weapons, Socialism and so forth) with optimism about independence. I would recommend you watch that video I've linked to get a taste of what he's capable of.

Oh that he is. I think he really does bring something quite special to this campaign though, I can see a bright future for him in Scottish politics. You wanted to know my prognosis? He's front bench material one day, of the Labour Party at least. Maybe even leadership. Provided we get independence of course.

...provided England won't suddenly decide to restore their great empire by conquering Scotland and crushing the Scottish independence under their tanks.
If it actually happens, only bringing William Wallace back from the dead would probably save Owlbread and other Scottish independence activists from being democratically repressed by English security forces.

...Yes. Scotland inviting a bigger, militarily stronger "ally" into it's country to help stabilization. That situation reminds me of no event in Scotland's history whatsoever.
