In FEF 2, that wasn't retconned in here. If it was, things would become a bit easier. 'Cause then Powder could actually hold several spots by himself, although without a ranged weapon he couldn't do anything in retaliation.

I'm aware, I think we pointed that out last time this was brought up. I remember it primarily being around the thief line and how, following the rules in FEF 1, only the trainee could actually pick locks.

I should probably amend that I think it hasn't been retconned in here, I'm not certain. I don't recall so, basically.
