I went skimming through the OOC a few days ago, and back during our battle in Fezzan, Haspen pointed out Seyena could fly over the walls there because they had no ceiling. I seriously doubt Prixima's top floor is open air.

It doesn't change the fact that we were using weapons through solid walls last time we were here. Unless you want to claim there were windows in those places and we simply shot through them, it seems gamey enough.

All I know is, weapons and magic ignore walls, and fliers only ignore walls if they can go over them.

In essence this. Summoned, replaceable thrall are expendable. PCs are not. Every point of damage done to them isn't taken by a PC, and they even get to deal damage of their own. The fact that summoners can replace them while only sacrificing a turn's action is very powerful.

Am I able to? The class says it's an "ally," which I assumed meant an allied unit that's colored green and moves after our turns and so on.

Plus, I don't know where I'm summoning it to begin with. There's no range listed, so I guess it pops up adjacent to me?

I get that, but if they don't manage to kill a druid in a timely manner, they'll essentially have been wasted, since they could have been soaking up and poking more immediate threats.

...wait. They'd have to unequip Hell to counterattack, which means they're either not halving our HP at bad times or my gargoyle is standing there beating them like a sack of flour.

Did anyone imply that we shouldn't be abusing Riven's summons to their full extent? Of course we should be using them, to soak up some damage if nothing else because I doubt they have the stats to do more than be a minor annoyance damage-wise.

Edit: I take it you guys are planning to lets the druids soften you up with their Siege, let those break, and then make your grand entrance?
