Oh right, whoever will be promoting (scap and CE?), gimme the promotion stuff so I can go update.

That's means your new Class, new Personal Skill, +5% progression, and Weapon Ranks if you get some extra.

Judging from the suggested personal skills in the book, I don't think it has to specify a weapon.
