Hmm...what happens if a berserk unit is carrying someone? Would the carried unit get dropped?

I'm thinking Seyena pick up one of our heavy hitters and dash for the sage. She has high RES and Savior, so she won't lose any evade from Rescuing.

Ailment staves only call for target's RES and distance between the target and the caster. Evade does nothing here

So, uh, what is the answer to the question? Say, Olison is carrying Valor and gets Berserk'd. Would Valor get dropped instantly or would he be stuck for the ride? Or something else entirely?

He would only lose the ability to be dropped by Olison, but Valor could 'drop himself' at cost of his own action.

If we do the Seyena plan, giving her the short spear will allow her to do, if both attacks hit, 30 damage on the guy, just three points away from killing him. She'd have a 2% chance of critting him with either hit. If Valor is by her, she would do 32 (Just one away, so close) damage and have a 22% chance of critting him with either hit. Either way, she'd take ten damage for her trouble. Big problem with this plan is that she'll drop enemy turn because archers and spearmen, no doubt about that in my mind, and if Valor is with her he would probably get berserked. So very risky, and something that would really need to be hammered out more in my opinion if this is seriously considered.

Sending the mages in might work too, as they have the least chance amongst us to be berserked, but it would take them a turn or two to actually reach the sage, possibly more if the spearmen play and archers play interference which they undoubtedly will. The Sage also has good RES, which is will undoubtedly be very annoying for them.

Sal's on his own on his side, so has the least risk of being berserked... But if played wrong, has a very good chance of dying if he gets downed, which is a good possibility due to the spearmen. If he gets downed, the Sage would make it ultimately too dangerous to actually approach due to his staff, and the soldiers would, once again, play interference. So I'm rather leery of this idea due to high possibility of death.
