More accurately you can attack and then equip another weapon during the enemy turn if you're mounted. OR you can do two non-attack-related actions, like rescue and then drop off, or drop off then heal with a Vulnerary, etc. At least that's what I KNOW is possible from what Haspen's said, other particulars are a bit hazy.

I'm not sure but I think the Mounted Action Economy is a house rule by Haspen. Horses are OP, please don't nerf.
