Scapheap's comment actually reminded me.  If a person goes down to 0 HP in battle and their death timer starts, they no longer block enemy movement, correct?

Fear not! Sometimes you have to have a different unit speak to the recruit-able person in question. For example, I believe that Joshua in Sacred Stones had to be recruited by Natasha or whatever her name was. We'll never know unless we try, right?
