Yeah but the reason he is draining you is because you are connected.  Using a major act to separate would mean no more draining.

Hello before the First complaints roll in:

I wasn't sure how many acts most of you guys had remaining thus, those that miss acts please clarify them in here and give me a tally of how many acts you got and ho many you used with quotes if possible...

You missed this action of mine, but the rest got through.  Besides the attempt to find a list of possible entities who could serve as a champion to Kar'lan.  I would have 1 act left before the increase that would occur this turn.  Kar'lan had 1 act that was used in the first quote, then I used 2 of 3 acts gained from Aodun's death in the second quote.

Kar'lan paused in thought.  The souls of the inhabitants of the planet could not be all this terrible.  He thought over his commands, and realized that the fifth contradicted the rest.  He proceeded to rejudge the souls, without using the fifth of the commands in his judgement.  He would now judge by the first four of the commands.  When he was finished, his thoughts drifted to the intelligent life of the universe.  He uses his act to create a race of beings that could be born to any race, but maintained the appearance of the 'parents' of its incarnation at the time.  This race was able to calm the dead and dying around them, to ease their passing into the next life.  This ability is gained when knowledge of Kar'lan and any dieties he may be in a patheon with, with Kar'lan being known as their creator, is unlocked in their mind, at the age when their minds are ready for it.  Whenever these creatures die, their souls are recycled into another body immediately, preferably in the same race that their previous incarnation was in, but other races are possible.  They retain knowledge over the past 4 'lives.'  Due to their nature, their children are always the race of their current avatar, but might not belong to their soul-species.

Kar'lan then moved from his location to the afterlife, where he judged the collected souls that had ammounted when he was gone.  He then uses an act in order to restore as many of the souls that were destroyed by Aodun as possible.

Kar'lan uses another act to restore and expand the armory of the judgement halls, after having the former army returning any armor and weaponry that they had.

Kar'lan saves his final act for a later time and begins to mentally search through the races of despair for a fitting champion.

Also, Aur-Sha, and the Staff of Crows deflects Acts back without absorbing them.

I do find it ironic that the deity who has the initiative to create the Guardian pantheon winds up being considered as the antagonist.

Seriously, you could just use the mighty act you have right now to separate from him and kick him off your planet.  Then he can come down and play with the rest of us on Despair.
