Goom-bess' Ciro rating has increased!PERFECT HEART ACHIEVED!(Knowledge: 18) Perfect Hearts allow characters to perform "Bro Attacks." These are unique actions that may be performed on the turn of the unit who has the Perfect Heart. For example, Goom-bess may initiate a Bro Attack with Ciro, but Ciro may not initiate a Bro Attack with Goom-bess until achieving a Perfect Heart in the other direction. Despite their name, Bro Attacks are not always attacks. They cover a wide range of special functions. The are several limiting factors to Bro Attacks, up to and including: the number of full actions required to perform them (one per character involved), how close the character must be on initiation (the same range), and any number of optional limitations depending on the attack (such as a recharge time and/or HP/SP cost).
