DL1: Light grey - Riltia the Traitor
DL2: Kind of yellowish - Proxxy the Mechanic
DL3: Purple - Cain the Rebel
DL4: Blue - Ciro the Target (see below)
I don't recall seeing the other levels yet.

I think DL4 was taken over by Ecco, since Ciro is in no condition to rule over it.  Putting up the pink banners is part of how he's trying to assert his ownership.  Oric disapproves; he maintains order in the warrens.
If the mysterious woman in blue is Floe the Eye, the wearing of blue might be a related thing.  (Floe's actual color is pale green/teal)  Or maybe the woman in blue is a Ciro imposter/clone working for the angels.

Totally not inspired, no.
