It was soulbound, so it probably evaporated.  We have more important things (river dollar, other side of the acid, getting back to Ripriver) than to chase the Mili thread down.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but we really need to check our soul charge level.  I dread to think how much soul charge we used up with the sword in that fight....

8%. We did 2 attacks, both worth 2% each, with combatinorial which is an additional 2% each. 2*(2+2)=8.

Though we should check that that's true just for thoroughness.

Actually, on further thought, the mask at least seems really helpful since it automatically guards allies low on health, so that means we don't need to spend actions just guarding.

Yep, so it should be really good.

A few quick things we should probably do before heading anywhere:
1. Storage. I'd say store the bloodband, cheery leaves, wisp essence, DL3 key and fusion scroll. That's a lot of stuff we don't need right now. Also give Al the Mask.
2. Weapons. Let's unshift the soul stars and Bloodshape some stuff. Maybe the clot-cutter again? And something for Cherish as well, preferably. Something new?
3. Finally, Have Al cast maximised Druid's Bulwark on everyone else before overestoring SP.

I'd also say we should just Bloodshape that shotgun we were using since that was pretty solid. I'd rather let Cherish go weaponless until we find some loot for her to equip rather than keep passing our blood around like candy.

Theoretically, yes. But instead of combining two Souls, all it did was destroy one and help create leaky memories and unbidden thoughts in the other.
