But, even if there isn't a magic-based DL, DL3 will still be the level in which we have a bigger advantage against Cain in case bad things happen.

Unless Cain's abilities are not considered magic for some reason.

Which for some reason I expect might be the case judging from his apparent power in the Sinful intermission.

They can also be darkness type attacks, like a person mentioned a couple of pages ago, but his attacks are surely magic, since he mentions his magic being suppressed, and not him not being able to do anything because of the circle. I doubt the circle is what suppresses his magic, because DL3 already suppresses magic itself. The circle might be just there as a barrier to not let Cain escape.

Yes, the topic that was there when I checked the forums today and disappeared minutes ago. It was something like "Everyone dies"... I don't remember, but it was related to those posts suggesting that we should kill everyone from our party but Ciro.
