I'm just amazed we went nearly 5000 7500 posts before this was inevitably made.

Though I think EmeraldWind or someone referenced it around the megaman battle.

Currently not updating due to work stuff and planning the Other Game. Basically what's going to happen is I'm going to have to choose between two for a full college semester. One's an RPG and one's an ISG. It's unclear which would be the better idea yet.

That said, such kinds of jokes are a little too close to violating the Posting Rules (see first post) for my tastes. The image there can stay, but please attempt to find better outlets for humor in the thread.

Hmmm. Taking the Title of the song into inspection, 'Over and Out' is something people say over radio channels. Indicating some sort of communication taking place. We know the Siblings communicate using the 'Code'; which is deciphered by the Voice.
This must be what the Voice hears every waking moment as he deciphers the complex code. Which is why it sounds so broken and strange.

Anyone know how to decipher encrypted noises? I bet FFS encoded something into the song.
