The problem with that is Samus is well-versed in the art of 'Go find all your stuff you got disabled again'. By the time Linda gets over there to actually pick it up Samus will be halfway through Chozodia again already. Or punching semi-important Ing in the face-equivalents with charge shots/missiles.
And that's why Blue Team will be standing there ready for retrieval.
Since I have yet to play Metroid (Other then that one time I played at a friends a long time ago), how relient is Samus on her suit?

Remind me what the excuse for Prime 3 was?

Prime 1: Getting shocked while escaping the SP frigate I think?

Prime 2: The Ing.

Samus is pretty much useless in the Zero Suit right? One shock pistol.

What does having Chozo DNA give her over normal humans again?

She was perfectly able to sneak through a space pirate base in Chozodia (after crashing) with her Paralyzer pistol, get a fully powered suit from an ancient Chozo area deep inside the area, and then kill Mecha-Ripley and escape yet another self-destructing Zebes base, with the Pirates' own escape shuttle.

Otherwise, refer to a decently-skilled Zero Suit Samus Brawl player.

Prime 2: The Ing.
Prime 3: Aurora Units got virus'd and the Space Pirates have giant phazon meteors. Go fix all of it, and also incidentally get phazon'd by Dark Samus in the process (along with the other bounty hunters) so you get a new kind of weapon and a series of boss fights later.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Ninja'd by Akylon. Samus without her power suit is weaker, sure, but she also becomes far more agile and stealthy enough to put Solid Snake to shame.

I was asking what happened to all the cool toys she got on Aether. Plus all the stuff she stole back from the Ing. Or does she have it in Prime 3? (Minus the Luminoth tech.)

Also, if you skip to post-Fusion Samus is a very small percentage Metroid (along with human and chozo), and thus X-proof to point of being able to absorb them for health.

For Prime, aside from the luminoth tech, Samus has everything I can think of. And then Dark Samus attacks and her suit get wrecked. Again. But hey, PED addition! (and eventual PED Varia Suit/Gravity Suit)

My personal theory is that she donates whatever she doesn't need, or requires specific technology/energy to run, to Federation scientists after each mission. And of course, at the beginning of each of the missions we see she usually loses most of the rest, but those bits seem to be easily replaceable.

It certainly is a very modular suit. Chozo didn't slack at all in the modding support. :P

Screw Attack. I should know, I just got it playing Prime 2.

Hmm. Power Bombs?

I'm terrible at aiming with the Wii remote and can't get past the first Leviathan Guardian btw.

That's practically canon.

Isn't it hinted the Luminoth were buds with the Chozo?

Everyone was buds with the Chozo except the people not in space at the time and not the space pirates probably. THats what I think was the case.

As a sidenote, are we counting Samus with all the upgrades, or just the typical set (Morph Ball, morph ball bomb, power bomb, missile, super missile, Varia suit, gravity suit, space jump/space jump boots, screw attack, speed booster, combat visor, scan visor, and a healthy number of energy tanks) and a specific game's beams and/or charge combos?

As much as I love the Dark and Light beams, I vote Prime 1 beams.

I think she sells everything because she knows she'll find exactly what she needs on the next mission.

Samus VS Master Chief All the Spartans, because quite frankly Samus is so powerful she needs a spehss handbag to store the skulls of the enemies she's personally decapitated. Without even raising a finger.
... y'all haven't seen th'CG animation of that? Because there was one, a while back. Checking up on it, fellow named Monty Oum did it.

Personally, I like the end results, but I don't know if it jives with Halo canon anymore. Has any of the latest stuff shown what's under the helmet?
