The evolution series of games is quite popular.

Oh, and just a note. For these kind of games you don't want to go first come first serve. It encourages people to put as a few effort into their application as possible.

Two shadow gods. (Presuming darkness=shadows, not darkness =/= shadows.)

This isn't going to end nicely.

darkness is different from shadow, for all that they tend to have the same effect, shadow is a gap in the light cast by an object, darkness merely the absence of light.

 :P

This is assuming we're following the scientific meaning. I'm following the meaning most fantasy worlds do.

I smell lies in that last statement in the post above.

That's 4 gods, and 2 races (1 reserved for KingFisher1112 pending PM reply)

Proceeding fairly fast  :)

Two shadow gods. (Presuming darkness=shadows, not darkness =/= shadows.)

This isn't going to end nicely.

Looking at your other powers, your darkness is different from mine. I'm more of a DESTROY-shadow, and you more of a Light/shadow darkness. Right?

I think him being the god of balance makes him light by default because of your presence.

I'm more neutral than light or darkness. I own both, but someone else can be shadow, and some other guy can be 'radiance'.

I just have to clean up your messes if it starts screwing over everything.

Would ant men be a bad addition since we already have spidermen? My first thought was one insect race was enough, but since ants and spiders are so differing I thought I would ask your guys thoughts on it?

Ant men would probably win due to numbers, and we do like setting bugs on fire
