The lack of dedication on the part of the world governments to fighting climate change certainly doesn't bode well, I'll give you that.

One of many uncanny British signs. Who in the hell finds those things comforting?

The person supporting regenerating health, when asked why you can see when shot in the eye justified it as 'you put on an eyepatch'. When asked what happens when you are then shot in the other eye, he said that you put an eyepatch on that eye. When asked how you'd be able to see, he said that your first eye would have healed by then.

I believe that whoever has made this poster is secretly plotting to overthrow the London Public Transportation System, and thus is using his/her position to cast the system in a negative light. It's the only logical reason for the poster. Well, that or someone goofed up or

Who says they were meant to be comforting?

You have to admit though, it does gets the message across...

In america that'd be either a parody or a extreme political ad. I simply can't believe that's serious.

The issue is that public transportation often gets the credit of being unsafe.

Which isn't hard to see why since people fear eachother. Anything that forces you to be beside "just about anyone" is bound to make you scared... sorta.

I had a feeling it was one of those. Still, it does remind you of Britain under New Labour when the tabloids were primarily concerned with the "nanny state" and "big brother" and the "police state" and "health and safety", "political correctness gone mad" and so forth. Even though most of that is all bullshit, it's still indicative of the directions that a Labour government would lean in. This is further supported by the comments that have been made by the Labour party leadership over the last year or two.

Still, this is British politics, not American politics as it should be.
