I don't actually know, hence the question; I assumed from the fact that n9103's character didn't drop dead that either it wasn't implemented or he didn't eat quite enough to trip the highest dosage levels. :P

Uh... wut?

Datura is quite-oh, oh.  Whoopsie.  I skimmed back up the thread to confirm who ate large amounts of datura in-game to no ill effect and accidentally mistook you for Pufferfish since you posted right after him.  My apologies for that.

Just... quite confusing for a bit.

trying out the desert testing worldgen terrain now. It seems tanning is going to be difficult, unless I can find some acorns / pine boughs in a random spawn

Do fires in shallow pits spread? Because I'm kind of tempted to just rip up some flooring and dig a pit rather than go to the trouble of trying to find forty rocks in the middle of this vast forest, and wood stoves are beyond my ken. Also, there are no nearby extraneous buildings for me to test this on. And towns frighten this fledgling character.

EDIT: Holy crap I just noticed the weirdest bug. A cow at a farm that was chasing me got caught in a bear trap that this farm has all over the place. Not only has it been perpetually stuck for the past two days and spamming escape messages the whole time, but its generating INFINITE BEAR TRAPS. It has multiple squares filled with beartraps. I didn't even know squares COULD be filled anymore.

This character is set for scrap metal, springs, and bear traps. Screw digging spike pits on this character, I'm just going to have layers of bear traps.

Liqueur stores almost always have 3-8 hops flowers on the countertops.

Sort of. They don't do it as often as completely uncontained fires, but unless you have a fire extinguisher on hand, they are NOT safe, especially indoors. Braziers work better and you can get sheet metal from cars, which are everywhere. And getting ~40 rocks is easy, even in forests. Its DEFINITELY better then your other options.

That's the best bug. And there's finally new genning options?

There's a desert option, but it's sparse.  Certain buildings don't spawn at all.

Y'know what would be really cool? A sort of Caribbean-esque archipelago gen option with waterborne vehicles. You'd probably need a selection of waterborne mobs as well, to keep things suitable dangerous.

So I have five rocks, a stone hammer, a chuck of steel, and all the other ingredients, and I still can't make a stone pot.

Even more buggy than making stone knives and hammers. Which sucks, because I actually need a pot kind of badly. Guess I won't be able to put off that town trip much longer.

Hmm. Haven't found any heavy sticks on the desert map yet either. No skewers :(

I wouldn't mind seeing a Jersey Wastes regional gen.

Nothing but forests and towns forever.

Also why is there no creeks? Anyone know where to point me in the right direction codewise to check that out?
