Have photos on it, either for happiness or to know things about the monsters you meet (Although you need to take photos of those first), download data off SD cards, which include recipes and (I think) book guff. Some are encrypted, so best be a hacker to get at those cards that are fancy.

I think that is the best quality. Now get them on a SD card, use the PC and have it download data from that card.

This works better for looking over items and such, since it's auto-updated based on github files, and doesn't rely on users to update it.

In this particular instance, the wiki would be a better choice; as far as I understand it, the main use of a camera would be to get information on the monsters you photograph, but the wiki provides information about mobs while the item browser doesn't. In most other situations you'd be right, though.

Oh, I thought you meant that the wiki didn't have information on the camera, so you thought they didn't do anything.  Yeah the wiki has more info on monsters, that's totally true.

It's a quirky dev item, there's no way to acquire it.  But if you're debugging and need enormous bash to test something, you have the tool.

When I asked for a "safe" way to remove broken CBMs, I meant other than removing them myself, since that is not safe.  Even if you have 8 in first aid, electronics and mechanics and can boost your intelligence to 12, you will still have about 50% chance to do 30-80 damage to all your body parts.

A hypothetical safe way would be some kind of robotic surgery unit in a hospital or lab, but I know of no such thing.

I'm just afraid that I might accumulate bad bionics over time, so it's no big deal.

P.S: tiles mode effectively neutralizes the "pixelation" effect.
