Also make bear cavalry. Seriously. And make it possible to find tanks at army places. Or atleast a cardboard box.

While we are on the topic, I suggest adding zombie variety on the most basic level. First of all body types, states and genders, fat zombies, rare midget zombies, zombie kids, crippled zombies etc. These could involve slightly altered stats too if we so choose. Another thing is clothing, dressing them up at least for the descriptions, randomized lootable clothing fitting the description would probably be too much of a memory footprint. (and what sane mind would even wear nasty, shredded zombie clothes anyway)

My point is, imagine fighting against a nasty horde, on the brink of death, having killed all but one zombie you realize that the last deadly struggle must be with a one-armed, morbidly obese she-zombie with a gasmask, wearing flip-flops and a bomber jacket, no pants. 

Lets give the poor shambling corpses some personality.
